Method:
Add 8 large eggs and 400ml water to a mixing bowl. Add the 1kg sponge mix and beat on low speed. Increase speed and beat for 8–10 minutes. Pour mixture into tins and bake at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes, depending on size.
