Bake soft, airy chocolate sponge cakes with rich cocoa flavour using Bakels Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix. This premium 1kg mix is ideal for layered cakes, Swiss rolls, and chocolate-based desserts. Designed for consistent rise and texture, it’s perfect for both home and professional baking.

Method:
Add 8 large eggs and 400ml water to a mixing bowl. Add 1kg of sponge mix and beat on low speed. Increase to high speed and beat for 8–10 minutes. Pour into prepared tins and bake at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes, depending on sponge size.
