RECIPE:
EGG FREE SPONGE MIX 1.000 kg
500g Water
METHOD:
Place EGG FREE SPONGE MIX and water into the mixing bowl and blend slowly to disperse powders fill no more than 3/4 of the tin with SPONGE Whisk on fast speed for 8 - 10 minutes. fill no more than 3/4 of the tin with sponge mix. Bake at +-190°C for +/-30 minutes
