Leamington Dip - Raspberry 500g

Powdered dipping agent:

• LEAMINGTON DIP – RASPBERRY provides a suitable dipping agent for sponge squares for the production of raspberry-flavoured and coloured Leamington squares.
• Requires only the addition of boiling water to make the sauce into which prepared sponge shapes are dipped and then covered with coconut.

Bring water to the boil. Add LEAMINGTON DIP RASPBERPY and stir until fully dissolved. Leave to cool slightly. Dip squares of sponge (7cm x 7cm) into the flavoured syrup. Roll in desiccated coconut. The LEAMINGTON squares may be sold as they are or sliced and filled with fresh cream.
