Carrot Cake Mix – 1kg
Bake a beautifully spiced, moist carrot cake with ease using this convenient 1kg Carrot Cake Mix. Perfectly balanced with warm spices and a soft crumb, this mix allows you to whip up bakery-style carrot cake at home or in your professional kitchen. Just add eggs, oil, and grated carrots – pecan nuts optional for a classic twist!

Method:
Whisk 4 large eggs on high speed for 2 minutes. Add 500g Carrot Cake Mix and mix on slow speed for 2 minutes. Scrape down the bowl. Slowly add 200g oil over 2 minutes while mixing on slow speed. Add 250g grated carrots and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 170–180°C for 50–60 minutes, depending on cake size.
Optional: Add pecan nuts for extra texture.
