• 200g Vanilla Mousse Mix
• 200g Cold Water

Method

1. Add the Vanilla Mousse Mix and cold water to a mixing bowl.
2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
4. Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
5. Pipe or spread into cakes, dessert cups or moulds.
6. Refrigerate until set before serving.
