Leamington Dip – Chocolate

A rich, chocolate-flavoured dipping sauce designed specifically for creating traditional Leamington squares. This convenient mix requires only the addition of boiling water to transform into a smooth, velvety dip. Ideal for coating sponge cakes with a deep chocolate taste and colour before rolling them in coconut for a classic finish.

Method:
Bring water to the boil. Add Leamington Dip – Chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Dip sponge squares (approx. 7cm x 7cm) into the syrup, ensuring an even coating. Roll in desiccated coconut. Serve as is or slice and fill with fresh cream for added indulgence.
