Leamington Dip – Raspberry

A vibrant, raspberry-flavoured dipping sauce specially crafted for preparing classic pink Leamington squares. Just add boiling water to create a smooth, fruity syrup ready for dipping sponge cakes. The result is a colourful, flavour-packed finish that’s as nostalgic as it is delicious.

Method:
Bring water to the boil. Add Leamington Dip – Raspberry and stir until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool slightly. Dip sponge squares (approx. 7cm x 7cm) into the raspberry syrup and coat thoroughly. Roll in desiccated coconut. Serve plain or slice and fill with fresh cream for extra indulgence.
