Just add cream and cold water for consistently delicious results.

Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine 600ml cold water and 400ml cream. Add 500g Choc Mousse Mix and blend for 1 minute. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Use as desired. Store in the fridge.
