choc cake sponge (bakels)
1kg Mix
8 eggs large
400ml water
add eggs and water to mixing bowls. Add mix and beat on low speed. Increase speed and beat for 8-10 min. add mixture to tin and bake at 190 for 20 minutes depending on size of sponge.

sucrose, wheat flour, cocoa, Hi ratio flour and/or heat treated flour, maize starch , emulsifiers (E475, E471), maltodextrin, raising agents (E500, E450), thickener (E412) and flavouring.
