Cream Stabilizer is a fine powder used to maintain the structure and consistency of whipped cream, preventing it from deflating or separating over time. Method:
Add stabilizer directly to cream while whipping. Use approximately 5–10g per 250ml of cream. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
