Method:
In a bowl, combine 400g Pettina Cheesecake Mix with 300g water. Whisk on top speed for 4–5 minutes until light and fluffy. Fill into foil dishes lined with a biscuit crumb base or prebaked sweet paste shell. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
